Our purpose-built manufacturing facility is where furniture design concepts are brought to life. Whether your business requires ready to assemble flat-pack units or fully rigid-built kitchen units, we have the capacity and capability to deliver just in time units to your business. All of our bathroom furniture is rigid built in our factory.

Our commitment to investing in our manufacturing facility and IT systems in recent years, means our customers can benefit from efficiency savings and better quality products. Passing through our expert hands, our cabinetmakers build bathroom rigid furniture lines and contract projects in our dedicated workshops.


Our weekly average production is 6,500 ready to assemble units for kitchens and bathrooms, 2,500 of which are rigid built. 


Computer Aided Design software and computer controlled manufacturing machinery work seamlessly together to fully optimise boards. Depending on the volume, our latest machines can cut up to 8 sheets of board at once.



All edges of the cabinets and shelves are bonded with PUR (Polyurethane Reactive) adhesive. The PUR provides superior strength forming a permanent bond, making it stronger than traditional hot melt, plus it’s also highly resistant against water and high temperatures. Our continuous investment in machinery ensures we deliver first class edging with extreme accuracy and precision. Our Homag edge-banders currently edge band 20,000 individual edges per day on board depths of 11mm to 36mm. The CNC controls help achieve that perfect edged finish, from scraping residue, profiling and radius trimming. Edging thickness 0.4mm, 0.8mm, 1mm and 2mm are available in pure matt, textured and gloss finishes.



Panels are routered through our G7 Biesse CNC nesting machine using 16mm partial crystal diamond (PDC) tipped router cutters. Along with the latest version of drilling bits, the cylindrical style heads can achieve the highest level of quality and accuracy with an acceptable tolerance of 0.3mm.

The uncompromised quality of all our units is established through an extensive and comprehensive testing process, all of which is co-ordinated by the company’s in-house technical department. We have a dedicated team member for each area in our machine shop, overseeing the quality of our output.

Deliveries on time, every time are carefully co-ordinated with a disciplined and planned total productive maintenance schedule. Our on-site maintenance engineers eliminate any unforeseen downtime with planned maintenance, backed up with a fully stocked store of spare parts to ensure our machines continue to operate.
