Ferrum Building, Wembley Park, London

Total Project Build

£56 million (Phase 1)

Wembley Park has been one of London’s largest development schemes in recent times. Quintain has transformed the space around the National Stadium into a vibrant new district of London. Woodland was delighted to be working with Quintain and McAleer & Rushe in such an ambitious urban regeneration project.

The client’s vision was to create a New York warehouse style in the kitchens. To achieve the look, unique features such as Kee-Klamp shelving and Iroko solid wood worktops were incorporated, which blended beautifully with the exposed bricks and pipework.

Woodland worked with the client presenting the latest kitchen trends and innovative designs that would transcend their vision. Utilising the Woodland team of designers and the product development suite, the unique details of the design were honed & delivered across the 741 apartments.

Next Project: Brewery Quarter, Cork
