Modern, airy and bright were key factors in creating a comfortable environment for students to live and learn in, at one of Europe’s largest student accommodation projects. Woodland delivered the complete design, manufacture and installation of the kitchens while working to BREEAM ‘excellent’ standards.
Within this project, Woodland also fitted adjustable height mechanisms for the worktops in the accessible kitchens.
The project involved the supply and fit of all kitchen appliances, TV units and loose electrical goods.
Kitchens ranged in size from 4-bedroom cluster kitchens, right up to cluster 10-bedroom, cluster kitchens. Kitchen fitting was programmed simultaneously across 9 blocks, involving intense project management and logistical coordination.
