Situated in the heart of Westminster, this project offers residents a unique waterfront lifestyle, combining excellent transport connections with the serenity of a waterside location. The 13-storey building features over 100 thoughtfully designed, open-plan apartments tailored for contemporary living.

The compact yet highly functional kitchen designs were crafted with a focus on wellbeing, acknowledging the growing importance of creating versatile spaces that balance work and home life.

Woodland was entrusted with designing, manufacturing, and installing kitchens, utility cupboards (in selected apartments), and wardrobes across three distinct specifications.

Each apartment showcased a serene colour palette of natural grey doors, natural oak veneer worktops, and minimalist details, creating a contemporary and inviting atmosphere. For premium apartments, luxury features were added, including tongue-and-groove panel breakfast bars with integrated wine coolers, under-cabinet LED lighting, quartz worktops, upgraded appliances, and instant boiling water taps.

As part of the FF&E package, walk-in wardrobes were provided, featuring sleek cabinetry in rich, sophisticated tones, illuminated by LED lighting to deliver elegant and practical storage solutions for residents.
