About the project
A once dilapidated office building has been meticulously transformed…
into a stunning 4.5-star hotel, blending grandeur and contemporary design. This ambitious redevelopment project showcases exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail, setting a new standard for luxury and hospitality.
The project scope included the creation of bespoke pieces tailored to enhance the unique character of the spaces. Guided by the specification, our design team successfully brought the vision to life with meticulous attention to detail.
The furniture package included wardrobes, tea stations, bedside lockers, detailed headboards with plush custom-made upholstery, desks, bathroom vanities, lighting, and mirrors. High-end bedroom suites featured bespoke bookshelves, extravagant headboards, and customised desks inspired by art deco design elements.
The rooms were designed to maximise available space, with rich materials and mood lighting contributing to a warm, contemporary ambience. The design palette featured elegant dark brown cabinetry, metallic hardware, and coral reef stone worktops.
Each suite incorporates a kitchenette with electrical appliances, open shelving, and a comfortable living area. Highlighting our commitment to bespoke design and flexible manufacturing, we custom-designed a bookshelf with bronze mirror panels inset into the shelving spaces.
For the bathroom vanity units, we combined light and dark wood-grains, integrated LED strip lighting, and added an elegant touch with metal legs, handles, and stone worktops.
Located in a busy urban area, the project presented challenges such as pre-loading to all floors before installation, due to vertical movement constraints and limited storage space. These obstacles were overcome through close collaboration with the site management team.
This project involved curating a mix of furnishings and finishes to achieve a classic yet contemporary design, ensuring lasting luxury and functionality for years to come.
