About the project

LIV is an ultra-modern, purpose-built student residential complex

that has set a new benchmark for student accommodation in Belfast. Spanning approximately 228,000 square feet across 14 floors, it provides a dynamic living environment for over 700 students.

The development comprises 717 thoughtfully designed bedroom units, offering a mix of shared apartments and studio rooms. Two floors are dedicated to exceptional social amenities, including a cinema, gym, karaoke area, games room, and café, fostering a vibrant student community.

Despite significant challenges, including those posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, our team—praised as “consummate professionals” by the client, Valeo—delivered the project two weeks ahead of schedule. Demonstrating the high demand for these contemporary residences, LIV achieved 100% occupancy within weeks of opening.
