About the project

An iconic Grade A Listed Custom House on the banks of the River Clyde

has been fully redeveloped, featuring a newly built 162-bed aparthotel. This transformation is part of a wider regeneration initiative, creating a vibrant new leisure and hospitality quarter that revitalises the city. The design draws inspiration from the area's rich port and industrial heritage, seamlessly blending historic charm with contemporary style.
