Forklift Driver / Board Organiser – Permanent Role

Hourly Rate: £10.00 - £11.00

Structured pay scale in place with the opportunity to progress within the Company

Opportunity to increase your pay with overtime paid at 1.5 times your hourly rate

Day Shift: Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm, Fri 6am-2pm

Location: Rasharkin, Ballymena, Co Antrim

Key responsibilities will include:

• Loading and unloading lorries, organising MFC and MDF products to fulfill daily schedules.

• Loading and unloading machines with the above organised product.

• Cleaning and inspection of forklift and maintaining appropriate paperwork involved in board pulling area.

• Ensuring you adhere to all health & safety guidelines and Company Policies and Procedures.

Essential

• Valid forklift licence

• Recent forklift experience in a manufacturing / production / warehouse role

• Ability to perform tasks within health and safety guidelines

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Attention to detail

• Experience of working in a team with ability to use own initiative and work independently

• Excellent Time and Attendance Record

• Good understanding of English language to interpret work instructions and other related documents.

Desirable

Previous experience in a Stores / Factory Environment
